My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while clean and functional, showed signs of aging with various issues like stained bed sheets and mold in the bathroom. On the bright side, the room size was generous and had a modern feel. The service could have been more attentive, but I appreciated their quick response during a crisis. The location was ideal for Universal Parks, especially for families with kids, but lacking in beds. Dining offered a good selection, but the buffet pricing seemed a bit high. Overall, the stay was comfortable with some areas needing improvement.
